Sofya Kudryashova joined PHC TSANGARIDES LLC in 2018 and has since been a part of the corporate department of the firm.
She deals with all aspects of corporate administration, from the incorporation of Cyprus and European companies, their administration and liquidation, as well as intellectual property rights. Sofya is also involved and assists our clients with all matters relating to bank accounts and advises on all aspects of immigration law, taxation and property acquisition, having participated in multimillion international property transactions. Finally, she has experience in drafting corporate and commercial contracts in Greek, English and Russian.
