Melina joined PHC TSANGARIDES LLC in 2018 as a trainee. After completing her vocational training, she began practising in the litigation and corporate departments of the firm.
Melina’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. She mainly undertakes litigious work on civil, real estate, corporate and commercial matters before the District Courts with an emphasis on contract, tort, rent control, insolvency, construction and real estate. She has also been part of teams representing corporate clients as well as individuals in recourses before the Administrative Court in relation with administrative decisions concerning matters of property and public procurement.
Melina also has experience in various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including commercial contracts of various trades and mergers & acquisitions. She has also been involved in many transactions for the sale or purchase of high value real estate property.
