Konstantinos Grigoriou joined PHC TSANGARIDES LLC in 2009 as a trainee. After completing his vocational training, he practiced in the litigation and corporate teams of the firm and in 2012 he was made Partner.
Konstantinos has had extensive experience in civil and corporate litigation. He has successfully represented several clients before the District Courts as well as the Supreme Court in diverse industries, while he specialises in insolvency, fraud, corporate and real estate litigation.
He also advises clients on various corporate deals advising often on corporate structure, drafting complex corporate and commercial contracts for Cypriot and international clients as well as joint ventures. Konstantinos has had wide experience in advising on all matters of real estate law while he focuses on property purchase and conveyancing.
