Athena Thoma joined PHC TSANGARIDES LLC in 2014 practising in the corporate department of the firm.
Prior to joining the PHC TSANGARIDES LLC, Athena completed her vocational training with the law firm Panicos Leonidou & Co LLC where she practiced for a period of one year.
Athena deals with the incorporation and administration of companies, both in Cyprus and in Europe. She has wide experience in drafting all types of corporate and commercial contracts, including for the acquisition of companies, due diligence, governance, restructuring and share purchase agreements. She is also dealing with banking and corporate finance transactions for international parties relating to the acquisition of companies and property as well as intellectual property registration and protection.
